I'm sure this is painfully obvious, but 'Nietzsche, Genealogy, History' is a useful starting point...
There are two books that I am in the process of reading:
Michael Mahon's Foucault's Nietzschean Genealogy: Truth, Power, and the
Gavin Kendall, Gary M Wickham's Using Foucault's Methods (Introducing
Qualitative Methods series) (Paperback)
