perhaps not the best of film, but certainly 'Enemy of
the State' (Will Smith) portrays global/panoptic
surveillance fairly well, and for that matter 'The
Firm' (Tom Cruise, Gene Hackman)might be a good
example of the biopolitical mastery of one's personal
life.
