In his 'French Intellectual Nobility', Niilo Kauppi claims that "in
the 1970s, noted philosophers Gilles Deleuze and Michel Foucault could
be seen advertising men's underwear" (p.3).
I find this hard to believe - anone know what Kauppi is alluding to?
