No, even if it was a virus when it was sent, it is not a virus now, because
the attachments get automatically stripped from messages going to this list.
All it is is a piece of spam, or defanged virus, that was bounced to the Spoon
Collective for approval as a "non-member post", among hundreds of other
bounces we get every day, and was, in the course of the arduous effort of
distinguishing wheat from chaff, mistakenly approved by the person doing the
administrative rotation.
