L'hermeneutique du sujet, Gallimard/Seuil
Foucault and Religion, ed. Jeremy Carrette, Routledge
The third volume of the 'Essential' Foucault is also out, on Power, but that
was probably 2000.

Are there any new collections of Foucault's writings in either French

I should be au fait with these things but have been overwhelmed of
