Thanks for the reply. I can't go into detail about the questions you
raise, but I hope you'll have the opportunity to read my book when it's
out. I discuss all these issues at much more length and with extensive
references.

The line that connects Foucault and

I'd put this the other way round: the line that connects Foucault to
Nietzsche (an obvious link, found explicitly in Foucault's own work,
and detailed extensively in the literature) is Heidegger.

Your enquiry into the notion of order in Foucault sounds interesting. I'
m sure the list would welcome hearing more about your work.
