Power and the Subject

Thanks for all the responses to my last posting, they were all very
helpful.

I have another question.  To what extent does F. say power constructs
the subject?  Are we all just shells to which power gives consciousness
and personality?  Do we posses a basic animalistic form which becomes
refined by power?

Sorry to bother everyone again and thanks to any responses I get.
