The film which you seem to be talking of is called:
"Michel Foucault; Beyond Good & Evil"
Produced by the BBC in 1993 and Directed by David Stewart.
It's quite entertaining and contains some interesting footage of
Foucault talking in animated fashion. I have a copy on video, but you
should be able to get it through the BBC.
