Hubert Dreyfus might beworth looking at for comment on the relationship
between Fucault and Heidegger. Although members of this list will probably
know his book on Foucault ('beyond structuralism and hermeneutics', with
Paul Rabinow, Chicago uni press), he has also written lots on Heidegger (eg
'being-in-the-world, 1991). I also heard him give a paper called 'Being in
Heidegger and Power in Foucault', or something like that. This may have
been published.
