I've never seen an electronic version of Althusser's Ideology and ISA's in a
electronic form.  It was published in the collection Lenin and Philosophy and
other Essays by Monthly Review Press.  Unfortunately, I believe this is now
out of print or out of stock indefinitely.  

Question for the list:

Is anyone familiar with Toni Negri's use of the term "biopolitics"?  He seems
to use it in a similar but different way than Foucault, but I'm not really
sure what Negri means by it.  If anyone can offer some clarification it would
be most appreciated.
