The rather, um, simple discourse on Us, Them, and The Market here over the
last couple of days has been pretty disappointing. Hasn't anyone ever done
anything like a Foucaultian reading of The Market as a realm of apparent
freedom that is all about power? Of how The Market shapes subjects into
Homo economicus? And what about Foucault's apparent late fondness for
Hayek, anyway?
