Hi,

I don't understand why 'Oceanic' although that may simply be because it
is so long since I read the book. Is this a little bit of Romantic
Savagery? Or distancing? Am I as an Antipodean too sensitive?
Boxer is the greatest embracer of 'governmentality', isn't he?
