It may depend on what sort of undergrads they are, what aspect(s) of
Foucault one wishes to highlight, etc.

One innovative text for undergrads in philosophy is C.G. Prado's
_Descartes and Foucault: A Contrastive Introduction to Philosophy_,
Ottawa: U of Ottawa P, 1992.
