A Plea

Dear Subscribers,

I would like to apologize to you and to Doug and Mr. Ransom 
personally for my message regarding the Transgression discussion, in 
which I unwillingly publicly offended Doug and Mr. Ransom.

I did not intend any flames. The message was NOT intended for public 
perusal, it was a strictly PRIVATE message, which was sent to the 
list by mistake. I hope that my right to exchange private opinions 
with my friends warrants forgiveness on your part. I would NEVER 
send such a message to a list without signing my name. Besides, as I 
understand that no discussion can proceed after and with the help of 
such a message, I would NEVER send it to a _discussion_ list.

As a sidenote, is this list not moderated? When I realized my 
mistake, I supposed that the moderator would not allow the message 
through.

Again, my deepest apologies and regrets.
