As for the literature on liberalism, Thomas is right, there is very little
by Foucault himself. There is of course "Governmentality", reprinted in
_The Foucault Effect_. Also in this volume is a great introduction to this
aspect of Foucault's work by Colin Gordon entitled, "Governmental
Rationality: An Introduction". There are a few people who have taken up
this theme of 'governmentality' and have done (in my opinion) some very
interesting things. Nikolas Rose, Peter Miller, Pat O'Malley, Mithcell
Dean, to name only a few. An excellent volume of work in this area is
_Foucault and Political Reason: Liberalism, Neo-Liberalism, and
Rationalities of Government_ edited by Rose, Barry and Osborne.

Does anyone know if/where I can find _Resume Des Cours_ in english?

Also, Thomas, could you send me the refernce of your to be published paper.
It sounds very interesting.

Matt
