English translations of Foucault

Chers amis,

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was an up-to-date bibliography of
translations of Foucault's work into English.  The most comprehensive one I
know of is the one appended to Macey's bibliography - but this does not
include everything and of course any translations done after 1993 are not
listed there.

Another question, does anyone know if anyone is working on translating the
mammoth four volume _Dits et Ecrits_?  (It would certainly take a
courageous individual or team to take on that gargantuan task!! )
