Dear fellow list members,
I am writing because a friend of mine
approached me regarding a reference she had come
across mentioning Foucault's concept of "the talking sex." She did not
know what
this referred to, and I do not either. It is especially the "the" which
stumps
me. She needs this clarified for her dissertation, so I thought that one of

might be able to clarify the point for me/her.
