I would appreciate references for further reading about Ellen West. (And can
anyone tell me what year she committed suicide?) Also, is there anything
written about how close Ludwig Binswanger was to Uncle Otto? In particular,
did Otto Binswanger reveal biographical information about his treatment of
Nietzsche to his nephew? I am looking for references about how much Foucault
knew about Nietzsche's life, and what his sources were.
