Yes, I'd second the recommendation of Connolly's article. It's in Political
Theory 21(3): 365-389 (1993).
There is also Leslie Thiele's article, "The agony of politics: the Nietzschean
roots of Foucault's thought" in American Political Science Review 84(3),
907-925 (1990).
