Although I do definitely agree with Kristin when she says that one cannot
import analytical categories into continental philosophy, I would
recommend looking at Richard Rorty's work. Rorty spends a lot of time
doing comparative analyses of these two traditions, showing precisely how
analytical philosophers get confused and frustrated with people like
Foucault or Derrida. He also is trying to get analytic philosophers to
stop using these categories which lead to their frustration.
